Abstract

This writing attempts to analyze the Implementation of Decentralization Policy in Local Government in Timor-Leste with the Perspective of Legal Philosophy by finding the history of local government in Timor-Leste and understanding the effectiveness and benefits of its implementation.This writing is an assignment for the Legal Philosophy course and as a final exam test.
